Money recovery related issue from PG owner side

Sir I am student. And currently I am studying in ghaziabad, U.P. nI live in a PG which cost is 55,000 for ten month in which I have paid 29,000 includind 2000 secrurity deposite. So my issue is I have join PG on (2 nov 2022) and I have to leave PG in january bacause my PG vibrating when train passing( here is railway track ). So due to my secrurity reason I have to leave my PG. So how much refund I will get from PG owner to whom I have given 29,000. nSir please contact to me. I am scared for vibrating the building.

if the PG owner not refund your amount then you have only one option give a legal notice to your PG owner by the advocate in legal notice we have mention all the terms and condition regarding your amount .in Sach cases after received the legal notice your problem solved
