money recovery matter of approx. 0f 53 lakh ruppees

my father gave money to his of of friend ....the amount given to him was loaned on our property and was decided that person would pay the intrest for the loan but he didnt and now the principal amount as well as intrest value have exceeded 53 lakhs......but now he is kindda refusing to pay back. just wanted a legal action which could be taken against him.

Hello, you can send a legal notice to the person who has taken the loan and if things work out well and good. If not you can file a civil recovery suit in court with relevant jurisdiction. Feel free to connect in order to discuss your matter in length.

Well, if the concerned person is refusing to pay Rs 53 Lakhs to you given to him as loan, then, you can file a Recovery Case in Court under the concerned provisions of law and in consonance with Judgements of HC & SC.
