Money Recovery from Retail firm/person

I have invested money into a Retail firm as Distributor with refundable terms in bond paper but I am not getting proper response. I would like to discuss more on getting money back I would like to check my options

hi if they are not returning money then you could send a legal notice to return the money anf need to see the contents of the bond paper and that if they are not giving then you could filr civil suit for recovery of money
