Money recovery from my friend amount of 300000 rupess

Hi sir, this is laxmana kumar from vizag i am money given my friend in 3 lakhs in 2 years back.i am asking to money he is not responding (i am given money in by hand msg's and call recordings is there in my mobile) how to approch the recovery of my money

send him a legal notice and ask for money and he will come to pay you or else approach an advocate and file a cheating case on him , then he will come for settlement and he will pay you the money to approach us we help u
