Money not received which I lent to my friend

Hello sir, My college friend asked me for Rs 3000 in 22.01.2024 and said that he will return to me shortly. After calling him and asking for my money, he just returned Rs 1000 on 12.04.2024. For now past several months I have asked him for my rest amount but every time he keeps making excuses. All my conversations are on phone chat and did transactions through Google Pay. So is there any way in which I can extract my rest Rs 2000 amount from him through legal means. Regards

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

yes aap unko legal notice send krye than file recovery case in court.. aap ye mt sochna amount kafi km hai apka but is amount ke liye apko presan kitna hona pda interest ke sath milega court se.. contact us for free legal advice
