Money lend to a female but not returning

Hi I lend money to a female friend who has cheated by getting into relationship. Ho2ever she is twice divorced and a case is still pending in delhi court. I wish to send her a legal notice to return all my money taken and expenses i did for her. What i can do? How to send a legal notice. She is alone staying with mother in north delhi. She does this with evry individual kind of business of cheating. I want to drag her to court so that she cannot do cheating or play emotinally with anyone further

hello, You can send her a legal notice for the Recovery of the money followed by a recovery suit against her. you also have an option to logged FIR against her for defraud and cheating. You can contact me for a detailed discussion on it. Thanks
