It must be established that you transferred money repayable with interest. Though no written document is available oral evidence will be acceptable if the credibility is established along with proof of payment as per requirement of I.T.Act. Before commencing action it is required to issue a legal notice demanding return of money lent with interest and costs. Sankaran

First lodge a police complaint with proof for recovery of your money. You can also issue a legal notice through a lawyer and file civil suit for recovery of money with interest,in a civil court wherein you can seek for attachment of properties also.

HELLO,
YOU CAN FILE A MONEY SUIT ONLY IN THE DISTRICT MUNCIF COURT FOR RECOVERY. YOU SHOULD HAVE AWARENESS WHILE DEALING WITH MONEY WITHOUT ANY DOCUMENT SUCH AS (1) CHEQUE, (2) PROMISSORY NOTE, YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO LEND MONEY TO A THIRD PERSON, WHO IS UNKNOWN TO YOU. CAN YOUR FRIEND WHO INTRODUCED A THIRD PERSON CAN GIVE BACK THE AMOUNT?
