Money Decree of 14 lacks against me but I am not able to pay

Courte has given 14 lac money decree against me but I don't have any moovable or immovable property I am earning only 30000 as salary per month so am not able to pay debt now what Wil courte do

It all depends on the fact and circumstance of your case, if you do not have anything to fulfil the amount as judgment debtor, You could file for insolvency, and you could declare yourself as bankrupt, but to know the actual forum wherein you could file this proceeding detailed fact of your case needs to be looked upon.

Under the Code of Civil procedure, the Court has power to attach your Bank Account. In case default Court has further power to issue an arrest warrant against you in order to recover the amount mentioned in the decree.

You have the option to make monthly payments from your salary. Court can direct you to give 10-15k monthly. In the worst-case scenario, if you fail to comply, the court may resort to sending you to civil prison.
