Money claimed in the final bill is more than 5%

I need an opinion Few years back my family got a home constructed back in India at that time I was in India In the final bill the builder is claiming more than 5% which was promised stating that you owe me more On questioning about the bills he doesnt have the exact details or fail to provide one I have also asked for previous bill where he claims that the work was done but payment wasnt done Now he is threatening to fill a suit against Should I be worried Will these charges visible on pcc

do not bother actually these constructional work comes into the commercial dispute if you think that he may file a suit against you before his initiative you can bring a suit of mediation but you must be sure that you have enough evidence that the case will in your favour.
