Money borrowed by parents now refusing to return

I am physically handicap and my profession is teaching. My parent needs money immediately and ask my help and issued cheque and chit in which he promised to return it in two months but later I know they used my fund for renovation his house. So I asked him my money but he refused it. What should I do?

Dear sir

If you have made paymeent by cheque its a good thing. You should first send them a legal notice and therefater file recovery proceedings including lodging of an FIR.

In such cases the recovery is swift as not much evidence has to be led. Also police takes note of such offences very seriously.
