Misusage of Student Loan Funds and ILLEGAL disbursement of 57380

Joint account was opened at SBI Telangana High Court Branch to avail student loan without my voluntary consent when I was minor. I did not attend TKR college a single day as per academic records because it is a forced consent with undue influence from the side of my father and his friends when I was minor and NO MONEY WAS SENT TO TKR COLLEGE FOR THE ENTIRE ACADEMIC YEAR. Now I am a LAW student and my father draws a salary of 1,10,660 but Telangana SBI HC branch is not deducting the amount.
hi you could give an application to concerned authorities to deduct the amount as it was done without your consent and if they are not taking any action then you could proceed legally by sending legal notice
