Sir, agar transaction se sambandhit issue 30 din se zyada samay se pending hai, to pehle transaction ki nature, bank/payment mode, transaction date, amount aur complaint/reference number check karna zaroori hoga. Aapke paas jo bhi bank statement, transaction receipt, screenshots, complaint number ya correspondence hai, uske basis par appropriate legal remedy aur notice ka option dekha ja sakta hai. यदि बैंक ने बिना उचित कारण और 30 दिन की पूर्व सूचना के खाता बंद किया है, तो इसे बैंकिंग सेवा में कमी माना जा सकता है। 1. बैंक से लिखित कारण मांगें – खाता बंद करने का कारण, तारीख, नोटिस की कॉपी, अंतिम स्टेटमेंट और बची राशि की जानकारी लें। 2. Bank Grievance/Nodal Officer को शिकायत करें – खाता पुनः खोलने या उचित कारण बताने तथा बची राशि जारी करने की मांग करें। 3. RBI Ombudsman में शिकायत – बैंक से संतोषजनक समाधान न मिले या निर्धारित समय में जवाब न मिले तो RBI Integrated Ombudsman में शिकायत की जा सकती है। 4. CPGRAMS/DFS में शिकायत – आवश्यकता होने पर सरकारी grievance mechanism में भी शिकायत की जा सकती है। 5. कानूनी कार्रवाई – यदि खाते को गलत तरीके से बंद करने से आर्थिक नुकसान, cheque dishonour या business loss हुआ है, तो परिस्थितियों के अनुसार Consumer/Civil proceedings और compensation का दावा किया जा सकता है।

seems your account has been frozen by bank. inquire from the bank as to how and for what reason your account has been frozen. it could be due to an order of the cyber police or court. after determining apply to court for de freezing of the account

You can send a notice to your bank asking about the reasons for the same and for reopening of the account. In case they dont open the same, the with help of this notice you will get insight as to why the bank account was closed and this will help you in filing case
