Meet to a person in his home(precuations)

The person who owes me the money is now absconding.I intend to go to his house and talk to his relatives.He says that if I go home, he will file a case against me. How should I give the letter to the police station in advance to avoid problems against me?Can you give me the format please give me Can he do anything legal against me for politely going to his house and talking to him? So what legal precautions should I take to go to his house and talk to his relatives?

Lodge a petition before the local station house officer. while drafting petition make sure that ingredients of cheating is there. Get a receipt. They may call the other side. if not interfering stating it as a civil dispute, approach court.
