First of all you need to send a compulsory legal notice to the defaulter in which you must write to give your money within 15 days or face legal action. If you have got all the details and screenshots then keep them safe as it would be easy to lodge a FIR against him. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can file a police complaint about the said incidence. He has taken money with a intention to fruad, that's why has done an offence under section 420 IPC. and in case the police denied to take your complaint you can approach DCP and also you can approach the concerned magistrate under sec 156(3) crpc for registering of FIR.
