Loan scam by a app,and blackmailing even after paid the whole amount

My husband took a loan from a app.but after repayment of that loan they disbursed loan without request and do this process again 3-4 times without any permission.they even threatened and blackmailing my husband.how can we get out from this situation,after that he had stop credit facility in his bank account.

Hi, you can file a police report pertaining the same. You can even file a case against the App for robbing you since they are disbursing without consent and I am assuming they might be taking interest from you as well.
