Loan repayment dealy from my end and asking for more duration from frn

I took some money from my friend 2.5 months ago and i am not able to return him.I am asking him for 1 more month to pay.But he wants to file apolice complaint.What should i do?

Well, do not worry, you can tell Police, that, your intent is not to cheat your friend, in fact, you want to pay him the money, but asking for more time, since you are going through financial crunch. Moreover cases like this being Civil Cases, Police cannot interfere.
