Hi, actually I lended money to my friend instead he pledged his agricultural land documents with a sale deed in my name, after that he dnt pay interest atleast, it been 2+ yrs I'm getting pressure to get back that money,please advise. Can I own that property and sell it.do I gave rights to sell it and recover my money.kindly do the needful.
hi first need to see whether any promissory not was executed between the parties in respect of loan amount and then you could send legal notice for recovery of money and if he failed to repay then you could send file suit for recovery of money and not to alienate the property
