Loan recovery related-my mother is Railway family pensioner, my elder

My elder brother is an IT professional who worked in hyderabad, currently he is unemployed for last 1 year for unknown reason and we don't know where he is. When he was working, he took a personal loan from local financer and as guarantor he has submitted a signed cheq of my mother. (mother is dependant pensioner) He had updated my mobile number as his alternate contact and local financer is calling and coming to my house and asking to pay the payment. Am married, my father expired and mother

If you are unable to pay for hand loan to any financer or institution its better to file injunction suit on him because without taking permission lan they did not have right to take interest so for the relaxation purpose you file a injunction suit on the ur nearest court
