Loan recovery harrasment by rupee112, threat of calling office ceo and

I borrow 37,000 rs from rupee112 four months back and fail to repay it as it's single repayment only. Now today they texted me they will call my ceo and HR..as they already shared their name on my WhatsApp.i told them will pay money in 2 days.. but still they are chasing, and it's heavy for me to pay 37k in single payment. They are not ready to listen. What to do if they call my HR or ceo.. alredy they did calling to my colleagues in my previous organisation

Hello, I read through your query and I totally understand the frustration. First I don't really think that if it is a personal loan it should hamper your current job and secondly you and your colleagues are also very unprofessional and not a proper practice we can send them a legal notice and look forward to further legal actions that can be taken.
