loan recovery from women with no properties on her name. Loan amount

I gave loan to a women in india, but she has no properties on her name. But she is saying that her daughter will repay loan, her daughter is not responding. What I am supposed to do now. Bond or anything?

hi what was the mode of transferring the property through any online ilor any promissory note or any other mode and you could file suit for recovery of money to that person by sending legal notice first for the amount to be received
