I paid adv of rs. Six lakhs to govt employee against one mou now he was expired & he was having a property joint with his wife can I recover my money from that propery
you can recover the amount from his wife along with his children putting all your documentary evidence to the court to prove you have paid the amount to them. you have to issue notice to them claiming the amount. contact with the papers
