Loan recovery agents willing to visit home against my dignity

I didn't pay credit card 50000 bill since an year but some minimum dues I paid but suddenly now recovery agents contacted me and reached my home for money recovery but I dont have whole amount right now , they said they want all the money by now , I dont understand what to do as my family also got to know about this , not feeling good about it

Well, you can lodge a Complaint against them with RBI, Banking Ombudsman, Ministry of Finance for mentally harrassing you and violating the SOPs' of recovering loans and you can lodge a Police Complaint against them and get it converted into a FIR.
