Loan of 5 lac given in 2019 query on how to do recovery in 2025

I had given a 5 lac rupee loan to a distant relative in 2019. it was only a bank transfer without any documentation. Can i recover the money back in 2025 by filing a case
You can recover the money through court case but since there is no documentation and there has been quite a long delay too.
