aggriment of amount and cheque send but he is not responce please suggest me can i deposite her cheque and what is next action
Well, if she has given you a Cheque and telling you not to deposit the cheque, as such was given to you as security and assuring you that she would make alternate arrangement to pay you, so it is upto you to believe her or not, if you think, that, she could dupe you, you can use her cheque for encashment.
