loan harrashments, recovery agents

sir, i have multiple loans, due to financial problem and loss in business. i am getting notices and calls from bank personels and recovery agents. since 2 years i am unable to do any job or open my shop. all the time the recovery agents coming and shouting at my workplace and at home too.

I am very sorry to hear about your distressing situation .There is no right to the recovery agents to Harassment or threaten you to get their recovery at your home or your workplace. You have the right to approach the debt recovery Tribunal or Lok Adalat for your relief and legal protection from the recovery agents harassment also. Immediately approach a lawyer and send a legal notice to the bank. File a complaint with the RBI banking ombudsman.

If you are unable to pay your personal loan emi and credit card payment and bank officials and recovery agents harassing you then approach us we will help you by filing a case in court and we get orders not to harass you and your family members and neighbours,,,,,approach us we get injunction order and no one will harass you
