Loan gurantor for loan taken by my cousin.

Few years back, i had signed loan gurantor for a personal loan taken by my cousin. Now he has defaulted the loan and not making any payments against it. My cousin has taken another home loan and paying its emi regularly, but denying to pay the old personal loan. Now the bank is following up with me for dues. What should i do ?

Well, you should lodge a Criminal Case against your Cousin Brother for making you a Guarantor with a Criminal Malafide intent to cheat you. You can get your Cousin prosecuted either under the charge of Cheating or Criminal Breach of Trust.
