Loan given against blank cheque.

Need to know what to do, as loan given for short period at 21% interest, is not returned even after more then 2 years. Partial interest paid. Now no interest paid nor responding calls. Pl help.

Well, you can register a FIR against that person who has stopped making payments to you by lodging Complaint under the change of Criminal Breach of Trust and by getting that complaint converted into a FIR.
