Loan emis not paid for personal loan tata capital

Tata Capital loan agents threatening to file NPW Non Bailable warrant fir non payment if personal loan emi from last 2 years...please let me know if they can file non baiailble warrant
they will file suit against you for recovery of there dues
if you are not going to court for hearing then yes they can file for warrant
and court will also allow them
better go for hearing on time then such issue won't arise
