Loan emi payment delayed due to financial crises

I am unable to pay loan as my financial condition is very critical and there is no job or business. Now getting court notice for making the payment.

Admit that your financial condition is weak, State that you are not willfully defaulting, Request time for payment or settlement. If possible, attach: Proof of unemployment (termination letter, business closure, etc.), Medical or family expense details (if applicable), Any correspondence with the bank/lender showing your intention to pay.
