Iam unable to pay my all outstanding EMIS due to it's all triple to my income present my situation was critical any suggestions from your side pls let me know
If you are unable to pay your EMIs due to your financial heardship you can write a letter to the bank about your financial heardship. You can request the banks to EMI restructuring, lower EMIs or a temporary moratorium. Prapose a one time settlement for a reduced lump -sum payment . Mention your financial heardship . You have the chance from the Banks may waive your late fees or reduce your interest.
