Loan applied and approved but amount not credited But emi shall be ded

I have applied for home loan, but they suggest me take an education loan with low interest rate is best for me .I said OK and all process will completed loan also approved but loan amount not credited in my account but emi deducted from my account what to do now . I'm approached to loan company they not giving proper response.

we file a case in consumer court and we need to prove that without getting the loan they are deducting emi and we ask for compensation with that finance company without amount credited into your account how can they deduct the emi payments....approach us we will help you
