Loan and credit card emi unable to pay

My total outstanding including loan and credit card has 46 lakhs. Is there any possibility to hold for atleast 2 years for settlement. I don't have any background property. I lost my job last year. Waiting for an offer . But loan agents continuously calling and visiting my home frequently. I am in more stress
