loan against property and case is in district court

The debt taken is 25 lakhs and the notice to pay crores of rupees with all the interest and also the notice that the property has been seized..is this valid in the court?

hi first need to see the copy of the notice receved and the copy of the grounds and allegations mentioned in it and if the property is attached then you could file appeal after going through order in appellate court
