Lien marked on my account without any factual investigation

I have an account in ICICI bank. On April 1, 2022 someone mistakenly paid me 40000 via UPI. I checked on my transaction and found his mobile number as the payment was done via UPI. I contacted him on April 2, 2022 and returned his money of amount 40000 via UPI using phonepe. On April 13,2022, I got a message from ICICI bank that a lien has marked on your account amounting 40000. I shocked because how can it possible while I have returned back all his money.

Dear Client, In such a situation you should immediately inform about all of that to the ICICI Bank as well as Banking Ombudsman,RBI Ombudsman via mails or written application then your problem will resolve.
