Sir I have given 1.75 lakh rupees to a person for employment he promised but now he is denying.kindly sir help me what should I do legally and he belongs to schedule cast
How you made the payment, if by cheque or internet banking, it is to file recovery suit. Please provide the details of the transaction, only than I can suggest you better approach to recover your amount.

How did you hand over this amount to him? Can you prove before the court that this amount was actually paid by you to this person, through any Bank records and/or other documents. If yes, send him a legal notice forthwith for recovery of this amount.

How did you give him the money, whether the same was given by cash or cheque? Can you even prove the fact that you had given him the amount as mentioned above? In case you had given the money by cheque, then you can easily file a suit for recovery of the money.
