Lended Money to a person. Saying he will not give.

Lended 12 Lakhs to a person for interest. Got back 4 lakhs, Remaining 8 Lakhs balanceWhile asking him to return the remaining fund he says " Fund lost by giving it to his friend". Now he blames his friend for the loss. nnBut i have his written declaration with his Thumb impression on a normal paper with stamp. He is now being absconded from his home. switched off his phones.Many said going against him is waste of time and money. And it would take more than a decade to finalize this case. nnReally dependent on this fund. Please give me suggestion to recover the fund very soonThank younnPs. he has Cop influence.

Dear Client, Police complaint can be lodged, Writ can be filed for presenting him to the court directing the Police authority, further try recovery proceedings against him. please contact me for further procedural process. Thanks.
