sir Mai kisi ko Pisa diye hai Aur ab wo Pisa dene se mana Kar raha hai. Mai total Pisa a/c to a/c diye hai Pisa recover karne ke liye Kya kiyA ja shakta hai?

In order to recover the money lent to someone one has to file a recovery suit in the civil court with the proofs that you have lent so. In your case as it was an account transfer you can easily file the recovery suit.
