Legal Options for my issue of Loaned money

I have loaned 25L to a family for 1.5% Interest/month. As part of the transaction, they gave us blank cheques, 100 bond paper (with signatures), Aadhar Cards. nThey started paying Interest from June 2022 to May 2023. From past a few months, they are saying they will repay the entire money over the phone but unable to do so and missing deadline after deadline. nnIn this regard, what are my options?

hi if you had blank cheques then you could deposit them in bank and if funds are insufficient then you could file cheque bounce complaint against them or else you could file suit for recovery of money in court by sending legal notice
