Legal notice received from bank for outstanding payment

Hi, I had blocked international transaction on my account and transaction limit but still citibank had processed the payment more than 4 times the transaction limit amount. Later this amount is billed to my account every month with the additional of interest charges. I got demand notice letter this month for outstanding payment, please guide how to proceed further.

Well, We have to send a Counter Notice against them as soon as possible to them. You can also get a Complaint lodged with RBI and Banking Ombudsman regarding this. However, you first collect the evidences against them.
