Legal notice received from advocate

I had some dispute with my friend over financial matters and he consulted a lawyer to send me a legal notice to demand the money but the notice that I received has his name Missspelled and surname written in a wrong way also the first page and the last page on which he signed the names are written with different spellings and grammar and many spelling mistakes are done what to do in such case?

Spelling mistake grammatical error is irrelevant relevantas of now. Relevant is whether the case is true or not, whether there is any financial dispute or not. If its true then send a reply to him and defend yourself. spelling mistake grammatical error can be a ground of arguments in court. if you have send a reply to him.
