Legal Notice for Recovery of Loan Amount :As an OBC woman

20-Feb-2025 (In Recovery Law)
As an OBC woman, I lent Rs. 30,000 to an SC man, with two blank cheques as security. Initially, he paid interest for a few months, but has since stopped all payments and blocked my number. My SC colleague, who facilitated the loan, is no longer helping. I plan to send a legal notice through a lawyer, without detailing the outstanding amount and the cheques for warning, to prompt repayment and avoid the complexities of cheque bounce proceedings. can i send this

In cases of Cheque Bounce, law is a very technical law. There is a time limit from getting the cheque bounce to sending legal notice and the filing complaint. If you have cheques you can file complaint in case they get bounced.
