Legal notice for disowning and newspaper publication

06-Apr-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I took a home loan on a flat (loan in the name of me and my mother) and property was registered in my mother's name. My father did a shady deal wherein, he sold this flat to someone else and took part payment from the person and gave possession to him without my knowledge. He hoped that he will clear the loan and transfer the registry to that person but failed to do so. When I got to know about this deal, I stopped paying EMIsThat person has done cheating and cheque bounce case on my parentsNow the bank will take control of the loaned property and I am ready to give it to bank but the person is staying on that property is an old man with kidney disease and I am a little worried that bank may not be able to take possessionI want to prevent myself from any legal action from the bank and want to issue a legal notice to my father that he has deceived me and do a newspaper publication for disowning my parents. nnWhat is the approx cost to do this and can a lawyer here help?

You need to have an advocate for your case because cheque bounce is a criminal offence and it has imprisonment up to 2 years or double the amount of cheque…furthermore it is always recommend that u must hire an advocate…thanks

First, you need to look at the situation critically. Sending a legal notice and a newspaper publication shall not absolve you of the liability completely. There are multiple facets to the situation you mentioned herein. You may begin with sending a notice and the newspaper will send you a quote on the prices. Times of India charges upwards of 12-15000 for publication.
