I paid ManuscriptEdit (India) for academic editing services. They failed to deliver, and my bank could not recover the funds. I’d like to issue a legal notice and/or file a complaint in Indian Consumer Court. I have payment proof and all communication. Can you help me?
Yes, you can directly file a complaint on the consumer forum website. However, we can totally work on sending a formal legal notice to them. Having payment proof is a plus. However, can you give me more insight on what do you mean by your bank could not recover the funds?
