maine ek course online liye tha coding ninja se, coding ninja ne fibe ke through education loan dilwaya aur emi banwa di, par maine 10 july ko coding ninja ko mana kar diya class continue karne se aur EMI Close karne ko lekin ye baat loan provider ko coding ninja ne nahi batai aur full amount transfer karwa liye 21 july ko, ab amount redund karne se mana kar raha hai, loan provider emi Pay karne ka dabab daal raha hai Kripya mujhe batayein ki meri legal situation kya hai main kon kon se step lon

Hi there, at first you should send a legal notice to Coding Ninja. If things aren't resolved by it you have option to file a Consumer Suit along with a cheating case and recovery suit. However, to find an appropriate solution it is advisable to contact me and provide details as loan tenure, release and other details.

In this situation we can send a legal notice to the authority to cancel your loan and reverse the education loan this can be settled and as the negligence is from their side they need to correct it by their own.

Aise me aap Coding Ninja ko ek legal notice bhej site hain, with a copy to the Loan provider kyunki EMI payment na hone pr loan provider aapke against action jarur lega. Also, lodge a cyber complaint against Coding Ninja for fraud, cheating and misrepresentation. Read the terms and conditions for the course carefully, which they can use against you.
