Judgement passed but builder refusing to pay

21-Jan-2023 (In Recovery Law)
After fighting in Delhi state consumer disputes redressal commission for 7 years, we have received a favourable judgement that builder needs to refund our money with interest for an apartment that they failed to deliver. However builder is not paying the money ( does not entertain a meeting with us or picks up our phone or responds to our emails). What legal remediation can we utilize in this scenario ?

You need to file execution application before the commission, and give the details of builders property for auction to recover your amount …after the judgment you need to file application for its execution …this is the only way ..b in touch

In such a situation, you are required to file a new case i.e. execution petition to make the other side do as ordered against them. You need to file list of propeties/ assets which the other side have in order tot get them attached. You will receive your money only after filing such case.
