i have message through whatsup regarding invitation to conciliation as per provisions of Section 62 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 - Your HDFC BANK Credit Card for an amount due. from Advocate . actually i am facing financial problems even though i am govt employee i am unable to pay minimum . if i get 3 more months i will able to to settle that card dues
Ok we will take time from court,we will file case for seeking time to clear the due amount,From lower court we will file di case no need to worry,court will grant time after filing di case,come and meet me in office
