Investment fraud by friend of mine

Hi I m santosh , I had invested with one of my friend who does forex trading initially one and half year he gave returns to everybody , but all of sudden he announced doubling schemes and alomost all people invested around 20 cr . Now it’s alomost 9 months he is neither giving returns nor principle , everybody is struggling to get money back , and what is the best approach legally to get our money back
