Invested with the builder not getting return what can I do

1.I landed Rs 50 lacs to a prominent builder( 20 lacs through RTGS to its ally firm and 30 lacs in cash) in the m/o April 2015 2.One printed receipt without name of any Firm and signed by some person without designation was given to me mentioning above detail ( & promising interest @ 2% p.m.) 3.Such practice was going on for more than a decade with hundreds of people in and out of our city 4.Now the Builder has denied interest and even the Principal amount What legal action can be taken, individually or collectively with a dozen or more similar becheated financers? In your matter you shall have right to approach an advocate for instituting a case against the builder for the civil recovery of principal amount and interest who shall first send the notice for recovery and if he does return the amount within 7 days of the notice then the advocate appointed will proceed by instituting a civil suit for recovery of principal amount and interest
