Our company is under Liquidation as ordered by NCLT. But other non payment of loans and dues are making life miserable. Want to consult on future course of action to live life in dignified manner as lot of harassment from creditors.
once company is in under liquidation then one can ask or harassed you for the same , as per the relevant section prescribed under IBC code no one can file any litigation if company is into the liquidation except if claim comes under your personal liability
