Information about Ex parte order in civil case

25-Jan-2024 (In Recovery Law)
Respected sir, I was involved in a civil case and my first hearing date was 24-1-2024, but I got summons on 23-1-2024, one day prior to hearing date, so I didn't know what to do and I wanted to appear for second hearing in the court, so I didn't appear for 1st hearing, but just after first hearing my case status showing like this "Defended is absent. No representation is set Exparte for plaintiff evidence call on 02.02.2024", is there any way I can be saved from Ex parte order? Thank you

hi if you are set exparte in the civil court then you could file exparte petition to set aside the order along with proper reasons and did not get time to appoint an advocate in the court and to allow to submit your defence
